In this dual capacity as Assistant Head of Key Stage 5 and IB Coordinator, you will lead the strategic vision, organization, and academic quality of the senior phase and the IB Diploma Programme.

The successful appointee will uphold outstanding pedagogical standards, guide teachers, and help shape comprehensive school-wide strategies across curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and university preparation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that older students receive the encouragement and academic rigor needed to excel on their post-secondary pathways.
