About the role
Brighton College Vietnam is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Head of Senior School (Pastoral) to begin in August 2027. Serving as a crucial part of the College Leadership Team, the appointee will foster a welcoming, secure, and aspirational setting where students feel supported and inspired to reach their full potential.
The chosen educator will oversee all aspects of pastoral support, ensuring exemplary standards in student wellbeing, safeguarding, conduct, and attendance. Requirements
- Proven track record in pastoral leadership or senior management within a secondary school setting
- Experience managing student safeguarding, conduct, and wellbeing programmes
- Background in developing and delivering RSHE or equivalent health and wellbeing curricula
- Strong operational and organisational leadership capabilities
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships across academic divisions and with parents
