About the role
Raintree International School is looking for passionate and dynamic early childhood educators to join our progressive, Reggio Emilia-inspired campuses in Bangkok. Our modern, green, and spacious facilities are designed to foster exploration, featuring sky gardens, an indoor gym, and dedicated well-being spaces.
In this role, you will lead a class of children aged 1-3 or 3-6 years. You will be responsible for creating a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment, building strong relationships with families, and implementing an inquiry-based curriculum that supports each child's development.
Requirements
- Experience teaching early years or early childhood education
- Commitment to child-led, inquiry-based learning methodologies
- Ability to plan, observe, and assess student progress effectively
- Strong communication skills for interacting with parents and colleagues
