About the role
eSOL Education is looking for a committed English instructor to join their academic team in the coastal city of Pohang. This full-time position involves teaching learners ranging from elementary to high school levels on a typical Monday through Friday schedule.
Instructors are responsible for preparing interactive curricula, assessing pupil progress, customizing lessons to diverse learner abilities, and attending institutional events.
Pohang is a scenic seaside destination on the eastern coast of South Korea, celebrated for its beaches, relaxed tempo of life, and affordable standard of living.
Requirements
- Native English proficiency (citizenship from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Clean national criminal record check with apostille issued within the last 6 months
- Commitment to complete a full 12-month contract
- Prior experience teaching young learners preferred
- Ability to secure independent accommodation preferred
