About the role
KOJEN English Centers is recruiting passionate English instructors for branches across Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Kaohsiung City. Founded in the 1980s, KOJEN has expanded into a reputable direct-hire English language institute in Taiwan, operating dozens of locations with dedicated administrative and pedagogical backing.
Instructors instruct diverse age groups ranging from early childhood to mature adult learners. The institute implements an engaging, student-oriented methodology where students develop language awareness progressively using structured materials. Both entry-level and experienced educators are supported by pre-established curricula.
Newly recruited staff receive arrival assistance including airport pickup and initial hotel lodging, alongside comprehensive paid training and organized pedagogical guidance throughout their contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Willingness to commit to a minimum 12-month contract term
- Ability to obtain a Taiwanese work permit and clear health check
Salary & benefits
Up to NT$70,000+ monthly, subsidized work permit & medical exam, 7 days initial hotel, health insurance, and paid training.
