About the role
AUA Language Center is recruiting a full-time Head Teacher to oversee operations at its Rajdamri and Rangsit centers in Bangkok. This leadership role focuses on managing corporate training instructors, driving academic quality, and ensuring smooth daily educational operations.
Key duties include recruiting and mentoring teaching staff, organizing course schedules, conducting classroom observations, evaluating instructor performance, and substituting when needed. The position follows a five-day weekly schedule with two consecutive weekdays off.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a relevant subject
- Accredited TEFL or TESOL certificate (CELTA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of English teaching or academic management experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills
