About the role
GKI English Academy is seeking a part-time kindergarten English instructor for its bilingual afternoon program situated in Songpa, Seoul. Classes take place three afternoons per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:20 PM to 4:20 PM.
The instructor will work with young learners aged 3 to 5 years old, following established curricula and lesson materials supplied by the academy. Core duties involve classroom management, delivering lively activities, observing developmental milestones, and preparing regular student evaluations.
Requirements
- Prior English teaching experience (early childhood/kindergarten preferred)
- Legal working status in South Korea (F-series visa or E-2 with permission for an additional workplace)
- Strong classroom management skills for children aged 3–5
- Dependability, punctuality, and ability to adhere to set curricula
Salary & benefits
Monthly compensation of 1,000,000 KRW for a light 6-hour weekly afternoon schedule.
