About the role
AUA Language Center is seeking a Head Teacher to oversee corporate training instructors across multiple branches in Bangkok, Thailand. The selected candidate will guide teachers, provide ongoing mentorship, and ensure corporate classes run effectively to fulfill client needs.
The position requires working five days per week with two weekday days off, and teaching duties vary based on substitute coverage needs. Candidates should be comfortable working across branch locations including Rajdamri, Seacon Square Bangkae, Future Park Rangsit, or Seacon Square Srinakarin.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related discipline
- TEFL or TESOL certificate (CELTA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in English teaching or teacher management
- Prior experience in academic coordination or teacher mentoring is preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Capability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments and tight deadlines
- Willingness to work across designated branch locations
