About the role
NIST is seeking a collaborative drama educator to instruct students within both the IB Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme Theatre Arts courses.
The appointed educator will direct high-caliber campus performances, coach student actors, and oversee production tasks both inside and outside the theater facility.
Candidates must possess solid subject mastery, a commitment to inclusive pedagogical techniques for diverse student populations, and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Formal teaching qualification (B.Ed. or M.Ed., required for Thai teaching licensure)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in theatre arts, drama, or musical theatre
- Minimum of 5 years of instructional experience in performance training and stage production management
- Prior background with IB MYP and DP Theatre curricula is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
