About the role
I Can Read System (Thailand) is seeking enthusiastic Literacy and EFL instructors for full-time and part-time positions across learning centers in Bangkok and regional Thailand. The school specializes in building foundational literacy, phonics, and general communication skills for young learners aged 3 to 12.
Class groups are kept small with a maximum of 10 students per session. Teachers receive pre-planned lesson materials, comprehensive training, and ongoing professional development to ensure high instructional standards.
Full-time staff work a five-day schedule combining three weekday afternoons with weekend daytime shifts. Part-time roles involve weekend instruction with pay structured on an hourly basis.
Requirements
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours)
- Clear pronunciation and a neutral, universally understandable accent
- Prior experience working with or teaching children
- Willingness to travel across regional centers if applying as a relief teacher
