About the role
Maple College, an established language academy located in Dongtan 1 New Town, Hwaseong, is seeking an experienced native English instructor to teach elementary, middle, and high school students. The academy is located roughly 40 minutes from Gangnam by express bus.
The schedule covers Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with an average of 25 teaching hours per week. Instructors are provided with fully prepared lesson plans and instructional materials to support their daily teaching duties.
This one-year renewable contract begins in mid-December 2026, including an initial handover period. Candidates must already reside in South Korea and hold a relevant visa or eligibility.
Requirements
- Native English speaker holding citizenship from an E-2 eligible country or possessing an F-series visa
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of teaching experience within South Korea
- Currently residing in South Korea and ready to start in December 2026
