SpeakFree Language Center, located near the coast in Chumphon, Thailand, is seeking a native English instructor who can also teach a second language. The role involves teaching phonics, reading comprehension, and conversational English to secondary students in a flexible environment. Initial schedules feature 10 to 15 teaching hours per week, expanding to 20 hours. Work hours fall between Tuesday and Friday afternoons as well as Saturdays. Additional teaching hours beyond the base schedule are compensated separately.
Requirements
- Native English speaker. - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Ability to teach a secondary language, with preference for Spanish or Mandarin Chinese. - TEFL or TESOL certificate preferred. - Comfort teaching children and teenagers.
Salary & benefits
30,000-40,000 THB monthly salary, visa and work permit sponsorship, plus social security coverage.
