About the role
SBS International Chiangmai is seeking an energetic and dedicated Primary Music Teacher to join its growing international school staff. The position involves instructing pupils in Years 1 through 6, guiding their musical growth through singing, instrumental play, listening, and composition within a Cambridge Primary framework.
Performing arts play a central role in the educational philosophy at the school. The selected educator will lead school productions, assemblies, choirs, and instrumental groups, while helping expand enrichment offerings such as communication examinations.
Requirements
- Fully qualified teaching credentials with expertise in music
- Background in primary school instruction
- Familiarity with the Cambridge Primary framework or an international curriculum
- Capability to direct vocal and instrumental activities across Years 1–6
- Demonstrated experience directing choirs, bands, or theatrical shows
