About the role
GCIS is seeking an experienced school administrator to serve as Elementary Vice Principal at its campus in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. This full-time leadership appointment runs through July 31, 2027, with the possibility of contract renewal.
Working closely with the General Manager and reporting directly to the School Principal, the Vice Principal oversees day-to-day elementary operations, guides instructional coaching, spearheads school events, conducts family consultations, and directs after-school initiatives.
The work week is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:50 AM to 4:40 PM, with English utilized as the primary operational language across administrative functions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership or a related academic field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive leadership experience in K–12 or elementary settings
- Fluency in Korean for effective stakeholder engagement
- High competence in English
