What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (“localStorage”) is a similar store that only the page can read. The same rules apply to both, so both are listed here.
A visit to this site without signing in sets no cookie of ours.
Strictly necessary
These make a feature you asked for work: signing in, saving a role, remembering your answer to the cookie notice. The law does not require consent for them, because the feature cannot work without them. None of them is used to track you.

Analytics and advertising
None. There is no analytics tool, no advertising and no social-media plugin on this site, so no third party sets a cookie to follow you. If that ever changes, we will ask you first, with a Reject button as easy to press as Accept, and list each new cookie here.
Change your choice
You can open the cookie notice again at any time.
The same “Cookie settings” button is at the bottom of every page.
Remove them yourself
- Signed in as a school? Signing out deletes the sign-in cookie.
- Saved roles: remove them on your saved roles, or clear this site's data in your browser.
- Everything at once: in your browser settings, open the site data for eslgate.com and delete it. The site keeps working; you will only see the cookie notice again.
