About the role
EL Ellin is recruiting a full-time, experienced English instructor for its campus in Goyang, Gyeonggi province, located 40 minutes from Seoul. The position starts in March 2027, preceded by two weeks of paid orientation in February.
The daily role involves leading a morning kindergarten homeroom of 5- to 7-year-olds alongside a Korean co-teacher, followed by afternoon elementary sessions focusing on speaking, writing, reading, and creative projects. Complete teaching materials and ready-to-use lesson plans are provided.
Instructors enjoy a supportive environment with built-in prep time, two daily breaks independent of student monitoring, and minimal overtime expectations.
