About the role
Success in Education (SIE) is hiring qualified educators for ESL and subject teaching roles across Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and several other vibrant Chinese cities. The positions cover various levels, ranging from kindergarten up through high school.
Instructors will prepare engaging lessons using provided course materials, lead activities that encourage active learning, and incorporate modern teaching tools. The role requires working Monday through Friday with a generous midday break and a maximum of 18 instructional hours weekly.
Teachers will benefit from comprehensive relocation assistance, including arrival accommodation and hands-on help setting up local utilities, banking, and phone accounts.
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience (reference letter required for kindergarten and ESL positions)
- Ability to utilize classroom technology for lesson delivery
- Willingness to participate in extracurricular events and departmental meetings
Salary & benefits
22,000-30,000 RMB/month salary, 4,000 RMB housing allowance, 8,000 RMB flight completion bonus, paid vacations, health insurance, and Z visa sponsorship.
