Think & Grow Education is seeking an enthusiastic educator to teach English Language Arts (ELA) alongside intensive reading and writing courses in Beijing. The campus is conveniently positioned in Chaoyang District near Lincuiqiao Station on Subway Line 8.

Instructors will teach small cohorts of 8 to 10 pupils as well as individual VIP learners between the ages of 6 and 16. Teaching plans, curriculum outlines, and presentation decks are pre-assembled by the internal research and development team, letting you concentrate on delivering high-impact lessons and inspiring students' critical analysis.

This role involves a 5-day work week covering 16 to 18 classroom hours, combining in-person sessions with occasional online modules. Best of all, there are zero desk hours required outside of designated class times, giving you the flexibility to prepare materials from home on days when you do not teach.
