About the role
SPGS International School Bangkok invites applications for an inspiring Senior School Librarian to establish our brand-new Knowledge Centre. Bringing the scholarly traditions of St Paul’s Girls’ School, this position is ideal for a visionary information specialist.
The successful candidate will oversee library management, drive literacy initiatives, and facilitate advanced research. Serving students from Year 7 through the IB Diploma Programme, the librarian will transform the center into a dynamic hub for independent inquiry.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Learning and Teaching, the role involves collaborating closely with academic departments to support curriculum delivery, foster academic integrity, and assist students with scholarly tasks like the IB Extended Essay.
Requirements
- Proven background in library management and literacy promotion
- Experience working with secondary or IB-level students preferred
- Full-time fixed-term contract starting August 2027
